168 Cases Disposed in Special Court of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (East)

The Special Disposal Court convened by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (East) resulted in the disposal of 168 cases in a single day, marking a significant step towards the reduction of pendency.

The matters included cases ready for final orders as well as compliance-based cases involving only minor deficiencies. After verification and hearing in open court, eligible cases were finalized and certified copies of orders were handed over same day.

Such Special Disposal Courts will continue to be organized regularly to further streamline case management and ensure sustained reduction in pendency,apart from regular courts.
