Boosting Morale and Unity: Chandigarh Police’s Sampark Sabha Event

“Sampark Sabha” was organized at Football Ground, Police Lines, Sector-26, Chandigarh, for all the Chandigarh Police officers/officials on this occasion, Surendra Singh Yadav, IPS, DGP/UT, Chandigarh, R.K. Singh, IPS, IGP/UT, Sumer Partap Singh, IPS, SSP/Traffic & Security, Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS, SSP/UT, Ketan Bansal, IPS, SP/ Headquarters, Mridul, IPS, SP/City, all DSPs, Inspectors and other officials of Chandigarh Police were present on this occasio The event was held to keep the police personnel in high spirit. About 1000 police officials attended the programme from all ranks and units of the Chandigarh Police force.

The welcome address was given by Ketan Bansal, IPS, SP/ Headquarter Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS, SSP/UT, briefed the officials regarding the duty in model code of conduct in view of the Lok Sabha Election-2024.

After hearing all grievances, Surendra Singh Yadav, IPS, DGP/UT, in his address that legitimate grievances will be solved out. He said that police stations and investigations are back bone of policing, we will try to make more improvement at ground level. W/DGP also advised to all police officials to follow the model code of Conduct during election. He also advised to all police officials that aware the general public regarding Cyber fraud, drug and Road safety.

The Sampark Sabha was followed by tea in a congenial environment of esprit-de-corps and the Chandigarh Police Band played melodious tunes for the members of the force.
