Multiple Fraud Cases Registered Against Immigration Agencies in Chandigarh: Allegations of Cheating and Violations of Immigration Act

A case FIR No. 105 U/s 420, 120-B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Satyam R/o Village Malikpur Khaddar, Distt. Yamuna Nagar (Hry) and others who alleged that owner/proprietor of visa guide Immigration R/o SCO. No. 41, Top Floor, Sec. 31-D, Chandigarh who cheated complainants of Rs. 8 lacs/- to send them abroad. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 106 U/s 420, 120-B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Satish Gangurde R/o Viman Nagar, Ojhar, Nasik, Maharashtra and others who alleged that Varinder owner/proprietor of G9 Visa R/o SCO. 102, Sec. 47, Chandigarh who cheated complainant of Rs. 4,17,265/- to send him abroad. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 128 U/s 406, 420, 120-B IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-36 Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Mohali (Pb) who alleged that Sunny Chahal, Kulvir Singh Kada, Reet Kada, Nishant and others all R/o SCO. No. 457-458, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh they cheated complainant of Rs. 25,26,000/- to send him abroad. Investigation of the case is in progress.
