Harmohinder Singh Lucky, President of Chandigarh Pradesh Congress, has been appointed as an observer for the by-election to the Nalagarh assembly constituency in Himachal Pradesh. The elections have been necessitated in three constituencies of Himachal Pradesh after the seats of three independent candidates were declared vacant. Bawa Hardeep Singh is the Indian National Congress candidate from Nalagarh. Lucky will soon be going to Nalagarh to oversee the election.
