Following the previous DBA General House meeting on 15/07/2024, another session was convened on 19.07.24. During this meeting, it was unanimously decided that the Bar will observe a “No working day” starting from 22.07.25 in protest against the Chandigarh Union Territory Tenancy Act 2019, until the issue is resolved. The protest will be strictly adhered to. The DBA urges all members to unite and demonstrate our Bar’s solidarity against the proposed Act.
