CM addresses gathering at Dhanyawad rally in Kalka Assembly Constituency

Haryana Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini while addressing the gathering at Dhanyawad rally organised in Kalka Assembly Constituency said that the state government, aligned with Prime Minister,Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ and the mantra of ‘Haryana Ek, Haryanvi Ek,’ is committed to the state’s development and the welfare of every Haryanvi.
He said that the present state government’s policies focus on four pillars of a developed India: farmers, youth, women, and the underprivileged. Through relentless efforts, Haryana has achieved significant progress on both physical and human development indices, said Nayab Singh Saini.
The Chief Minister said that during the Viksit Bharat Jan Samvad Sankalp Yatra, Prime Minister, Narendra Modi provided a roadmap for the nation’s golden future. Supporting these Sankalp (guarantees), every Haryanvi has once again entrusted BJP with the opportunity to serve for a third term, said Nayab Singh Saini.
He criticized Congress for failing to alleviate hardships and fostering disputes instead of offering solutions. Nayab Singh Saini said that the public has clearly understood Congress’s intentions and decisively defeated the Ghamandiya Gathbandhan (arrogant alliance) during the elections.
Rs. 712 crore spent on development projects in Kalka over the past decade, CM
The Chief Minister said that the government has continuously worked to enhance tourism, education, connectivity, and healthcare in Kalka. In the past 10 years, development works worth Rs. 712 crore have been completed in the region. Moving forward, the government aims to triple the pace of development in its third term, said Nayab Singh Saini.
Dedicated efforts will be made to Develop Kalka a Tourism Hub
The Chief Minister said that Kalka, nestled in the Shivalik hills, holds immense potential as a tourist destination. The government is committed to transforming the region into a tourism hub, aiming to more than double tourist inflow. Efforts are underway to develop the Kalka to Kalesar belt as a tourist corridor, said Nayab Singh Saini.
Focus on further strengthening basic infrastructure in Kalka Constituency, CM
Nayab Singh Saini said that the government has taken significant steps to improve basic amenities in Kalka, including establishing a college in Raipur Rani, a polytechnic in Nanakpur, and constructing a nursing college in Pinjore’s Khedarwali village. He said that infrastructure projects such as the Pinjore Bypass on National Highway 21-A and boosting water supply systems in Kalka and Pinjore have been prioritized.
An amount of over Rs. 1.25 lakh crore transferred into the farmers accounts for Crop Procurement, CM
The Chief Minister said that the present state government gives Minimum Support Price (MSP) for all crops and directly transfers payments to farmers’ bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Till date, Rs. 1.25 lakh crore has been deposited into the accounts of 12 lakh farmers. Additionally, under the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana, 23,568 farmers have received Rs. 76 crore as the Bhavantar amount.
Youth Empowerment and Employment main focus, CM
The Chief Minister said that 26,000 youths were recruited into government jobs without favoritism on the day of his oath-taking ceremony. So far, 1.71 lakh youths have been given government jobs, and ensure job security for 1.2 lakh employees.
Support for Women Through Lado Laxmi Yojana
The government is set to launch the Lado Laxmi Yojana, providing women with monthly financial assistance of Rs. 2,100. Additionally, each village will have a Women Chaupal and the percentage of women in the police force will be increased from 15 percent to 25 percent.
Earlier speaking on the occasion, Kalka MLA, Shakti Rani Sharma said that it is a matter of good fortune for the people of Kalka that the Dhanyawad rallies being held across the state have been started from Kalka Assembly constituency.
Rajya Sabha MP, Kartik Sharma, Panchkula Mayor, Kulbhushan Goyal, former Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Gian Chand Gupta and other dignitaries also remained present on this occasion.
