K.P.S. Dhillon Re-Elected as President for 4th Term in DRT Bar Association Chandigarh Elections

The annual elections of the Debts Recovery Tribunal Bar Association, Chandigarh (DRTBA) were successfully conducted as per the schedule issued by the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana. The results witnessed the re-election of K.P.S. Dhillon as President for an impressive fourth consecutive term, reaffirming his leadership and influence in the legal fraternity.

The newly elected office bearers for 2025 are as follows:

• President: K.P.S. Dhillon (4th Time)
• Vice President: Sumeet Sehgal
• Secretary: Monika Sharma
• Treasurer: Gaurav Thakur

The territorial jurisdiction of DRT-I, II & III spans a vast region, including the State of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Union Territory of Chandigarh, Leh & Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Punjab, making the association a pivotal body in financial and legal dispute resolution across North India.

This leadership team is expected to drive key initiatives and strengthen the role of the DRT Bar Association in ensuring justice in financial matters across its jurisdiction.
