
TAFI Pune Chapter Elects New Leadership at Successful AGM
Sameer Kulkarni Elected Unopposed as Chairman

The Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) – Pune Chapter held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Elections in the presence of 36 enthusiastic members, marking a successful and inspiring gathering of the region’s travel trade professionals.

The election process was conducted in a transparent and professional manner under the able supervision of Mr. Dhairyasheel Vandekar, former Branch Manager of Air India – Pune. The results were declared unanimously and unopposed, reflecting the unity and confidence among members.

- Mr. Maninder Uppal – Treasurer
Adding value to the AGM, Mr. Vandekar delivered an insightful address on the current trade landscape, highlighting emerging opportunities in the tourism industry.

A special moment of appreciation was marked by National Committee Member Mr. Sunil Uttam, who presented a memento to Mr. Vandekar for his contributions and continued guidance to the travel fraternity.
The meeting concluded with the formal approval of the Balance Sheet for the Financial Year 2024–2025, reinforcing the chapter’s commitment to transparency and sound governance.
