ETAA Business Partners Meet 2025 2nd Edition – A Resounding Success in Mumbai

The ETAA Business Partners Meet 2025 was successfully held at the IMC, Churchgate, Mumbai. The event brought together over 100+ B2C travel agents and 27 exhibitors from across the travel industry, making it a powerful networking and knowledge-sharing platform.

Diverse Participation from Industry Leaders – The exhibitors represented a mix of Domestic and International DMCsForex providersTravel Insurance companies, and global tourism boards, including Satte, ITB India, Tourism Malaysia, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism, VFS Global, Asego Travel Insurance and others.

Global Destinations added a special dimension by arranging a Destination Presentation on Zimbabwe. Mr. Pranav Kapadia, Owner of Global Destinations, along with his team, attended the event. The presentation was delivered by Ms. Sophia Hope T. ChimbaMinister Counselor – Tourism, Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe, New Delhi, creating a strong impact among the attending travel professionals.

The event was conceptualized and driven by the ETAA National Board:

Pan-Regional Participation & Special Arrangements – This year, for the first time, ETAA Mumbai arranged a coach for travel agents from Pune, resulting in the active participation of 15+ ETAA Pune members. Additionally, a few airline heads attended the event, offering valuable opportunities for direct engagement and dialogue with agents.

Leading travel media platforms supported the event by promoting it in the lead-up and covering it live on the day, ensuring wide visibility and reach across the industry.
