Chandigarh Administration Clears Encroachments in Grain Market, Sector 26 with Peaceful Demolition Drive

In a decisive step towards restoring public spaces, the UT Chandigarh Administration today conducted a joint demolition drive at Grain Market, Sector 26. Acting on the orders of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Estate Officer, the operation was carried out in coordination with the Market Committee, Municipal Corporation, and Engineering Department.

All unauthorized encroachments were removed, and the drive was executed in a peaceful and orderly manner, ensuring smooth proceedings without disturbance.
