Special Lok Adalats to Dispose Traffic Challans Ahead of National Lok Adalat on September 13

The National Lok Adalat is scheduled for September 13, 2025, to take up cases across various categories. With a sharp rise in pending traffic challans, authorities anticipate a large turnout of violators on the day.

To manage footfall, reduce pendency, and avoid inconvenience to the public, it has been decided that Special Lok Adalats will be organized in advance. These will be held by Judicial Magistrates in their respective courts from September 1 to September 12, 2025 (on working days) exclusively for the disposal of traffic challan cases.

This step is aimed at easing congestion on the day of the National Lok Adalat and ensuring smoother settlement of cases.
