Chandigarh Mayor Visits the 11th ‘Ins and Out’ Exhibition

Mayor of Chandigarh, Harpreet Kaur Babla, reviewed the 11th Ins and Out exhibition being organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
While appreciating the efforts of the Chamber, she said that Chandigarh is a heritage city. Because of its architectural heritage, students from other countries regularly come to study the city’s design and planning principles. Promoting the latest technologies and innovations in the construction sector is among the priorities of the administration. She said that several significant steps are being taken by the Chandigarh Administration to promote green energy and enhance the beauty of the city. The city’s architecture has remained a center of research for years.
On this occasion, PHDCCI Chandigarh Chapter Chairman Madhu Sudan Vij and Co-Chair Suvrat Khanna informed her that this exhibition is being organized with the support of the Indian Institute of Architects, Fire and Security Association of India, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Chandigarh Electricity Distribution Limited, and the Network of People for Construction. The exhibition will continue till September 15.
The special feature of this edition is the inclusion of a large number of college and university students, so that they can learn about new ideas in the field of construction and share their own thoughts on the subject.
