Vikram Chopra Takes Charge as President of Property Consultants Association, Chandigarh

The Property Consultants Association, Chandigarh (PCA) successfully held its General House Meeting at Hotel Park Inn, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh. The event drew an impressive turnout of members and prominent real estate professionals from the tricity.

The key highlight of the meeting was the formal announcement of Mr. Vikram Chopra as the new President of the Association. Chopra was unanimously elected by the General House in the earlier meeting held at Hotel Altius, Chandigarh.

Association Chairman Mr. Tarlochan Singh Bittu and outgoing President Mr. Kamal Gupta addressed the members, expressing their appreciation for Mr. Chopra’s dedication to the profession and the association. They formally introduced and congratulated him on assuming office, extending their full support for his tenure.

Several senior and distinguished members of the association were present to bless Mr. Chopra and conveyed their best wishes as he took on this new responsibility.

The meeting also included the enrollment of new members for the 2026–2028 (two-year) membership term, marking another step toward growth and inclusivity.

Following the formal session, members gathered for lunch, sharing insights and ideas fostering a spirit of collaboration within the real estate community.

My vision is to further strengthen our association’s role as a collective voice of property consultants in Chandigarh, promoting ethical practices, continuous learning, and stronger engagement with government and industry stakeholders. Together, we will take PCA to new heights.”
