Russian Ambassador Denis Alipov calls on the Punjab Governor

Mr. Denis Alipov, Ambassador of the Russia to India, paid a courtesy call on the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Mr. Gulab Chand Kataria, at Lok Bhavan, Punjab.
