JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has announced the elevation of Neha Kapoor as Director of Operations, further strengthening its leadership team as the luxury hotel continues to focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strategic growth.

In her new role, Neha Kapoor will be responsible for overseeing overall hotel operations, driving service standards, nurturing talent across departments, and supporting the property’s long-term growth initiatives.

A hospitality professional with over 15 years of industry experience, including more than a decade with Marriott International, Kapoor has played a significant role in enhancing operational efficiency and guest experiences at the hotel. Prior to this elevation, she served as Director of Rooms at the property, where she led several key initiatives, including guest room enhancements, Executive Lounge upgrades, wellness offerings, and sustainability-driven practices.

Commenting on the appointment, the hotel management acknowledged Kapoor’s strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment towards building a high-performance work culture while consistently delivering elevated guest experiences.
