The administration of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) has announced revised OPD timings for the summer vacation period at GMCH, Sector 32, and South Campus Hospital, Sector 48, Chandigarh. The revised schedule will remain effective from May 16, 2026 to July 23, 2026.

As per the notification, the timings during the summer vacation period will be as follows:

• OPD Registration: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• OPD Timings: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Blood Collection Centre Timings: 7:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

The hospital administration has further informed that emergency services at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) will continue to remain operational round the clock to ensure uninterrupted medical care for patients.

Patients and attendants have been advised to plan their hospital visits accordingly during the summer schedule period.
