• Massive Boost to Housing & Infrastructure: Development of a 178-acre high-density residential tract near Maloya (Pocket 7) to accommodate 45,000 residents and over 1,700 new government housing units in Sector 43-A and 43-B.
• Economic Rejuvenation & Support for Startups: Doubling the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) to 2.0 in Industrial Areas Phase I & II, freeing up plots up to 2 Kanal from rigid architectural controls, and converting a 153-acre segment of Industrial Area Phase III into a thriving mixed-use commercial corridor to generate massive employment.
• Resolving the Parking Crisis: Mandating stilt and basement parking for all new group housing developments, while ensuring stilt spaces do not count toward the FAR—a long-standing demand of the local residents championed by the BJP.
• Environmental Balance: Demonstrating a mature ecological approach by keeping the IT Habitat low-rise to safeguard the migratory bird paths near the Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary.
