Congress Unveils Rajya Sabha Candidates List; Mallikarjun Kharge, Pawan Khera Among Key Nominees

The Mallikarjun Kharge-led Congress announced its candidates for the upcoming biennial and bye-elections to the Rajya Sabha. The list, approved by the Congress President, features several prominent leaders from different states.

From Karnataka, the party has nominated Mallikarjun Kharge, Pawan Khera, and Mansoor Ali Khan. From Madhya Pradesh, the party has fielded Meenakshi Natarajan, while Neeraj Dangi has been nominated from Rajasthan. The party has also nominated Praveen Chakravarty from Tamil Nadu and Pranav Jha from Jharkhand.

The announcement comes ahead of the Rajya Sabha biennial and bye-elections scheduled in multiple states, with the Congress aiming to strengthen its presence in the Upper House of Parliament.
