Industrial collaboration was expanded through a strategic joint venture between the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and PT Krakatau Steel to establish a stainless-steel slab manufacturing facility in Indonesia. Another agreement involving the Non-Ferrous Materials Technology Development Centre (NFTDC), Midwest Ltd., and PT PERMINAS will focus on the development of rare earth magnets, supporting critical mineral value chains.
