BJP Appoints New State Incharges for Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Gujarat

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Nitin Nabin has announced the appointment of new state incharges and co-incharges for Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Gujarat with immediate effect.
For Uttar Pradesh, BJP National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Vinod Tawde has been appointed as the State Incharge, while Jagdish Ishwarbhai Patel, National Secretary, has been appointed as Co-Incharge.
For Punjab, BJP National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Satish Poonia has been appointed as the State Incharge.
In Gujarat, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP National Headquarters In-charge Tarun Chugh has been appointed as the State Incharge.
According to the party, the appointments will take effect immediately. The BJP said appointments for other states will be announced in due course, while the existing Prabhari arrangement will continue in the meantime.
The appointments are part of the BJP’s organisational arrangements at the state level.
