Brief:- In this case, SI Yahspal No 1510 CHG PS 26 CHD along with police party reached Bargain Booze Club SCO No 33 Backside Sec- 26 Chandigarh and found that at about 01:15 am the club was still open and the club General Manager and the owner disobeyed the order of District Magistrate, Chandigarh. On this above-said case was registered against the club General Manager Mohit Sharma and the owner of Club namely Shem. During the course of the investigation General Manager Mohit Sharma was arrested and bailout by the police.
