BJP Training Department Convenor Shakti Prakash Devshali welcomes new bills presented by Central Government
The Voice of Chandigarh: Bharatiya Janata Party Training Department Convenor and former councilor Shakti Prakash Devshali expressed happiness over the Indian Justice (Second) Code Bill-2023, Indian Civil Defense (Second) Code Bill-2023 and Indian Evidence (Second) Bill 2023 presented by the Central Government. Expressing this, it is a welcome step by the Central Government led by Prime Minister Modi towards implementing the laws made by Indians for Indians by replacing the laws made by the British.
Devshali said that earlier the laws made by the British which we were following were not made to give justice but to give punishment. This was the reason why people often had the regret of not getting justice in most of the cases. The newly passed laws aim to improve the law and order system.
Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who presented the three bills, he said that the government has made radical changes to almost 150 years of laws and made them in the interest of the Indian Constitution, Indianism, and the people of India.
Devshali said that while the Modi government has made strict laws on mob lynching and terrorism to strengthen the law and order, to ensure justice it has also eliminated the opportunity for those indulging in crimes against women and treason to take advantage of the weaknesses of the law.
