Breaking News: Major Shake-up in MC Chandigarh Enforcement Wing — 7 Sub Inspectors Transferred

In a swift administrative move, the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has ordered the withdrawal of seven Sub Inspectors from the Enforcement Wing with immediate effect.
According to the official order issued by the Establishment Branch, the following officers have been relieved from their enforcement duties and directed to report to the Establishment Branch for further assignments without delay:
- Ravi, Sub Inspector (Enf)
- Sahil Bhola, Sub Inspector (Enf)
- Deepak, Sub Inspector (Enf)
- Ved Parkash, Sub Inspector (Enf)
- Nirmal Singh, Sub Inspector (Enf)
- Rattan Singh, Sub Inspector (Enf)
- Arun Garg, Sub Inspector (Enf)
This move comes amid heightened scrutiny on the functioning of the Enforcement Wing, with officials stating that the reshuffle is aimed at ensuring greater transparency and efficiency in municipal operations.
The transferred inspectors will now serve under the Establishment Branch of the MC.
