Cheating
A lady resident of Sector-21B, Chandigarh alleged that Rohit Bakshi and others R/o M/S YKBK, 48 Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. 31-P, Sec-38, Gurugram, HR cheated complainant regarding organizing BasketBall League. A case FIR No. 18, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
A case FIR No. 24, U/S 406, 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Narender Kumar Dass, Assistant General Manager, Bank of India,SCO No. 81-83, Sector-17, Chandigarh against Gursev Singh R/o # 802, Sec-91, SAS Nagar, Mohali (PB) wherein alleged that a term loan amount Rs. 1 crore was disbursed between 17.10.2017 to 18.10.2017 to Jasbir Singh for purchase of two Doosan Excavator from Gursev Singh proprietor of M/s G-3 Motors, Plot No.4, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Panchkula, Haryana. The loan amount was paid in account of M/s G-3 Motors through RTGS for supply of the two Excavators but in spite of payment M/s G-3 Motors failed to deliver the two Doosan Excavators to Jasbir Singh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Theft
Rajan Soni R/o # 196, Village Hallomajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Battery of E-Rickshaw No. CH-01TE-2064 while it was parked in the parking of Shastri Market, Sector-22C, Chandigarh on the night intervening 04/05.02.2022. A case FIR No. 25, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Narayan Dutt Panday R/o # 1255, Saini Vihar, Ph-3, Baltana (PB) reported that unknown person stole away one laptop from his shop at # 41F, Village Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh on the night intervening 27/28-01-2022. A case FIR No. 15, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Snatching
Vikash R/o # 851, Small Flat, Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that 3 unknown persons on motorcycle snatched away mobile phone and cash Rs 4000/- from complainant and his brother Vishal in front of parking near Ravidass Gurudwara, Milk Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh on 04.02.2022. A case FIR No. 08, U/S 379A IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Mischief by fire
A case FIR No. 16, U/S 435 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the complaint of Raj Kumar Jakhar R/o # 449, Sector-20A, Chandigarh who reported that unknown person set fire on his Baleno car No. CH-01BP-0970 while it was parked near his house on 05.02.2022. Assault
A lady resident of Nayagaon, Mohali (PB) alleged that her brother namely Harpreet Singh @ Ganja along with Som Nath @ Soma, Jasbir @ Jassi, Jaswinder @ Soni, Vishal @ Vishu quarreled with complainant and attacked on her husband namely Harindra Parshad Gupta and other family member with sticks at H.No. 24, Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh on 02.02.2022. Complainant got injured and was admitted to GMSH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 09, U/S 323, 452, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
