In a decisive action against unauthorized constructions, the Enforcement Wing of the Estate Office, U.T. Chandigarh, sealed SCO No. 25, Sector 26 (Santa Club & Brue Estate). The action was carried out in accordance with the order of the SDM (East), exercising the powers of Estate Officer, U.T. Chandigarh, for violations of building norms.

In a parallel development, the owner/occupier of SCO No. 33, Sector 7, Chandigarh has voluntarily demolished the building violations at their premises, ensuring compliance with the Estate Office regulations without further enforcement action.
