Chandigarh Police achieved a major success when the Police Staff of Police Station Sector-39, Sub-Division South West arrested an Vikram Laddi S/o Late Balkar Singh R/o Gali No. 03, Bomb Colony, Muktsar, Punjab age 31 years, Raman W/o Paramjit Singh R/o Ward No. 31, backside little flower School, Muktsar (PB) Age 24 years and worked out a sensational cases of snatching by recovering a snatched mobile phones along with vehicle used in crime case FIR No. 13 dated 28.01.2023 U/S 379-A, 34 IPC added 411 IPC and FIR No. 14 dated 28.01.2023 U/s 379-A,34 IPC added 411 IPC PS 39, Chandigarh.
Detail of cases is as under:-

1. Case FIR No. 13 dated 28.01.2023 U/s 379-A,34 IPC
   It is submitted that the above noted case was registered on the complainant of Smt. Anju W/o Tejbir Singh R/o # 1599, Sector 25, Chandigarh found present. On enquiry, she reported that today at about 05:00 PM, while she was going to her home Sector 25, Chandigarh and when she reached near Sector 37/38 dividing road, in the meantime, two Motor cyclist without helmet coming from rear side and passenger lady snatched her mobile phone make OPPO A-54 having IMEI No. 863508055264855 & 863508055264848 and fled away from the spot.
2. Case FIR No. 14 dated 28.01.2023 U/s 379-A,34 IPC
   It is submitted that the above noted case was registered on the complainant of Ms. Shilpy D/o Naresh Kumar R/o # 2582/1, Sector 38/C, Chandigarh found present. On enquiry, she reported that today, while she was going to Mohali (PB) and when she reached near Light point Sector 40/41, in the meantime, two Motor cyclist without helmet coming from rear side and passenger lady snatched her mobile phone make IPhone-11 having IMEI No. 353993102292058 & 353993102282018 and fled away from the spot.
   On the Directions of W/SSP Ms. Manisha Choudhary, IPS under the supervision of Ms. Shruti Arora, IPS, SP City, Chandigarh and Sh Mridul, IPS, SP SDPO/South West, a team was constituted comprising of Inspector/SHO Eram Rizvi, ASI Kiranpal 1834/CHG, C Sant Lal 6333/CP, C Sumit 5311/CP, L/C Monu 4460/CP, C Udham Singh 3815/CP, C Pardeep Sharma 6328/CP.
   During the course of investigation, above said snatching cases were cracked by putting a naka near dividing road Sector 41/42 towards Sector 41 side on secret information. Thereafter, accused Vikram Laddi S/o Late Balkar Singh R/o Gali No. 03, Bomb Colony, Muktsar, Punjab age 31 years has been arrested on 31.01.2023 and further accused Raman W/o Paramjit Singh R/o Ward No. 31, backside little flower School, Muktsar (PB) Age 24 years has been arrested on 01.02.2023 on the instance of accused Vikram Laddi and one Motor Cycle bearing Registration No. PB91H-4612 used in snatching along with snatched mobile phones make OPPO and Iphone have been recovered from them.
   Accused Vikram Laddi S/o Late Balkar Singh R/o Gali No. 03, Bomb Colony, Muktsar, Punjab age 31 years is involved in following cases:-
   i. FIR No. 116 dated 22.05.2022 U/s 21,27/61,85 NDPS Act PS City Muktsar Punjab

ii. Case FIR No. 122 dated 31.05.2022 U/s 304,34 IPC PS City Muktsar Punjab.

iii. Case FIR No. 313 dated 04.09.2020 U/s 379 IPC Added 411 IPC PS City Muktsar Punjab.
iv. Case FIR No. 96/2022 of NDPS Act PS City Muktsar Punjab.

v. Case FIR No. 111 dated 03.08.2011 U/s 411 IPC PS City Muktsar Punjab.

2) Accused Raman W/o Paramjit Singh R/o Ward No. 31, backside little flower School, Muktsar (PB) Age 24 years is involved in following cases:-
i. FIR No. 122 dated 31.05.2022 U/s 304,34 IPC PS City Muktsar Punjab

ii. FIR No. 116 dated 22.05.2022 U/s 21,27/61,85 NDPS Act PS City Muktsar Punjab.
