Chandigarh Police Achieves Major Success Arrested two accused

The team of Police Station -19, Chandigarh under the leadership of Ms. Palak Goel DSP/East UT, Chandigarh and close supervision of Insp. Juldan Singh, SHO PS-19, Chandigarh has got success by arresting two accused namely Sukhwinder Singh age 30 Years S/o Amrik Singh R/o H. No. 340 Khula Ali Sher  & Pawan Kumar age 37 years S/o Late Ramesh Chand R/o H. No. 43 Khera Wali, Naya Gaon Mohali Pb in FIR No. 35 dt 09.06.2023 U/s 379 IPC added 411 IPC, PS 19, CHD within 12 hours of incident with dedication & technical help. Beside these one juvenile was apprehended in case FIR No. FIR No. 36 dt 09.06.2023 U/s 379 IPC added 411 IPC, PS 19, CHD

These cases were registered on the complaint of Ravinder Singh S/o Late Harvinder Singh R/o H. No. 1180 Sector 18C, Chandigarh & his neighbour Bhavya Gupta S/o Amit Gupta R/o H. No. 1184 Sector 18C, Chandigarh. They reported that two batteries of two school buses No. CH01-TA-9323 & CH01-TA-9898 & one battery of Mahindra Supeo No. CH01-TB-1804 were stolen by some unknown person when these vehicles were parked outside of their houses. During the investigation, a team was constituted by SHO PS-19 to nab the culprit. The team has got success by arresting the accused Sukhwinder Singh age 30 Years& Pawan Kumar age 37 years. A part form this one juvenile was also apprehended and stolen 3 batteries alongwith 2 more batteries have been recovered from their possession. Juvenile was produced before PMJJB and he was sent to Juvenile Home. The interrogation of both accused is being carried out and further investigation is being conducted. Both the accused will be produced before the Court and  further proceedings will be conducted.
