Chandigarh Police in co-ordination with Chandigarh Welfare Trust organized a Free Mega Health Check up Camp

Chandigarh Police in co-ordination with Chandigarh Welfare Trust organized a Free Mega Health Check up Camp in Chandigarh Police Complex, Dhanas, U.T., Chandigarh for Police personnel & their family members and for the general public. The doctors specialized in various medical fields like Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Physiotherapy, Paediatrics and General Medicines provided through Max Hospital and Clove Dental Clinic examined the police personnel, their family members and the general public residing in vicinity. The Mega Health Camp has been inaugurated by Praveer Ranjan, IPS, DGP/UT, Chandigarh. The Health Check up camp has also been attended by Deepak Purohit IPS, DIG/UT, Chandigarh, Manoj Kumar Meena, IPS, SSP/HQs, Ketan Bansal, IPS, SP/Operations, Shruti Arora, IPS, SP/City, UT, Chandigarh and Satnam Singh Sandhu, Founder, Chandigarh Welfare Trust.
Approximately, 500 people availed the benefit of services of the specialist doctors in the Medical Health Check up camp. The people were also distributed free medicines, and spectacles in the Camp. They can avail further medical facilities through Police Hospital.
Praveer Ranjan, DGP, UT, Chandigarh assured that such type of medical health check up camps will continue to be organized in future as well.
