CHANDIGARH POLICE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS IN VIEW OF VALENTINES DAY-2022

Keeping in view of Valentine’s Day, Chandigarh Police will made special arrangements on 14.02.2022, to avoid any untoward incidents and to maintain Law & Order in the city. On 14.02.2022, approximately 750 police personnel including 7 DSPs & 21 SHO’s/Inspectors and traffic staff will be deployed to keep watch on miscreants etc. The force will deploy at different locations in the city. i.e. Punjab University, Chandigarh and its surrounding roads, markets of Sector-8,9,10,11,15, 16, 17, 22, 26, 32,46,42,36, museum and Art Gallary-10, as well as in different Girls Hostels of Colleges etc. Total 43 Nakas will be laid at different locations in the city.
