Chief Justice of India Surya Kant inaugurated a refurbished library dedicated to the memory of former Supreme Court judge Kuldip Singh, widely known as the “Green Judge” Justice, who carried forward the environmental revolution launched by Justice P.N. Bhagwati after the Bhopal Gas Tragedy case, at the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh.
During this grand ceremony, the Chief Justice enhanced the pride of simple and rich hearted Haryanvi by holding a lovely daughter in his lap and showing his love for little children.
