CITCO’s Golden Jubilee Food Festival Extravaganza: A Culinary Symphony in Celebration of 50 Years

In commemoration of five decades of excellence and dedication, CITCO proudly presents the Golden Jubilee Food Festival Extravaganza, a landmark celebration marked by a rich legacy of service, innovation, and success. This momentous occasion will be celebrated through a three-month-long culinary journey, promising an extraordinary experience for the city.
The festivities commence with the South Indian Food Festival at the sophisticated Hotel Mountview from January 12 to January 18, setting the stage for a series of vibrant events. The Tawa & Tandoor Food Festival at Hotel Shivalikview from January 19 to January 24 promises a sizzling blend of flavors, followed by the Khichdi Food Festival at Hotel Parkview from January 25 to January 31, offering a comforting and wholesome experience.
The culinary odyssey continues with the Biryani Food Festival at Hotel Mountview from February 1 to February 7, followed by the Curries & Kebabs Food Festival at Hotel Shivalikview from February 8 to February 13. The indulgence extends to the Cake Festival at Hotel Mountview from February 14 to February 21, enticing dessert enthusiasts with a treat for the sweet tooth.
Diverse flavors and innovative blends take center stage with the Fusion Wraps Food Festival at Hotel Parkview from February 22 to February 26. Hotel Shivalikview embraces health and sustainability with the Millets Food Festival from February 27 to March 2. The classic comfort of Sandwiches, Burgers & Coolers Festival at Hotel Parkview from March 3 to March 7 is complemented by the contemporary twists in the Pizza and Burger Festival at Hotel Mountview from March 8 to March 14.
Regional specialties find their spotlight with the Amritsari Food Festival at Hotel Shivalikview from March 15 to March 18. Hotel Parkview hosts another edition of the Biryani Food Festival from March 19 to March 22, celebrating the enduring popularity of this flavorful dish. The culinary journey concludes with the Chinese Food Festival at Hotel Mountview from March 23 to March 25, followed by the Flavours of Indian Summers at Hotel Shivalikview on March 26 and 27.
