In a powerful initiative aimed at fostering leadership insights and industry collaboration, Travel Agent Consortium of Tricity (TACT), in association with The Voice of Chandigarh, successfully hosted an exclusive edition of “Conversations with Icons”, a private leadership lunch and dialogue at Chandigarh Club Ltd.

The event featured Ankush Nijhawan, Co-Founder & Joint Managing Director of TBO.com, as the keynote speaker, bringing together a select group of TACT members for meaningful discussions, candid insights, and high-value networking.
Delivering a thought-provoking keynote on technology, emerging trends, and the future of travel agencies, Mr. Nijhawan emphasized the importance of innovation and adaptability in a rapidly evolving travel landscape. The session also featured an engaging moderated discussion led by Ms. Karishma Nagpal, focusing on how small and family-run travel businesses can remain profitable and relevant.
