Delegation of property Federation met Sumit Sihag, recently joined as Assistant Estate Officer UT, Chandigarh

A delegation of property Federation led by President Kamaljit Singh Panchhi along with J.D Gupta, Chairman, Amit Jain, Narinder Singh, S.A Khan, Dinesh Verma, Jaspal Singh and Manmohan Kohli met Sumit Sihag , HCS, recently joined as Assistant Estate Officer UT, Chandigarh. All the members welcomed  on behalf of property federation and presented bouquet to him.  

The President apprised to the AEO on the certain matters of property, like transfer of ownership after the execution of sale deeds, Matter of unnecessarily objection raised by estate office, even in piecemeal. Matter regarding issue of NOC certificate in the cases of freehold property after the execution of sale deed. Members assured their full cooperation.

 AEO gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured to instruct the staff to clear all the files at the earliest. President and members aprised about the full cooperation given by Harjit Singh Sandhu, PCS , for the outgoing AEO.
