Enforcement Wing of Estate Office Chandigarh carried out a demolition dirve in House No 3385/ Sector 23-D, Chandigarh for an unauthorised construction done in the back courtyard of the said house.

The back building line of the said house was also extended towards the back court yard which does not confirm to the sanctioned building plan. The SDM (Central) exercising the powers of the Estate Officer UT Chandigarh issued the show cause notice for the said building violations on 30.3.2022 and the owners/; occupants failed neither to remove the violations nor get the revised building plans sanctioned. Therefore the SDM ( Central) ordered the demolition of unauthorised construction at the said premises.
