ETAA Mumbai organised a knowledge session for its Members at VFS Global, Premium lounge.

The session was addressed by Ms Ragini Abichandani (General Manager Operations & SPOC – IRCC, South Asia) and Mr Kersi Dastoor (General Manager -Operations). The session highlighted the important processes, documentation, updates about many visas especially Schengen, UK, Canada.

The Q&A was extensive where Members’ questions were answered by them and the various country officers.

Importantly along with information and queries Members got an opportunity to interact with a large team of VFS on one on one basis.
