ETAA Organizes Air India Portal Training for Members

ETAA recently organized a training session for its members at the Air India Training Centre, with the support of Air India. Over 20 travel agents participated in the session and gained practical knowledge on booking directly through the Air India portal.

The session commenced with a welcome note, introduction, and felicitation on behalf of ETAA by Mrs. Dipti Pradhan Thakoor, National Board Member & Events Head, along with Mr. Dharmesh Advani, National Board Member.

Mr. Krishnakumar V. Kunjappan, Head – Trade Sales (Maharashtra & Goa), introduced the Air India team and briefed the agents on the objectives of the training session.

The training was conducted by Ms. Rupali Halankar, Ms. Vaishali, and Mr. Ameet, who guided participants through the process of using the system, creating accounts, managing payments, and navigating the Air India and Air India Express portals.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, allowing members to discuss practical challenges while the Air India team addressed queries and shared solutions.
