The Voice of Chandigarh

Industrialist Gautam Adani has expanded his private fleet with the purchase of a Boeing 737-Max 8 BBJ business jet worth around ₹1,000 crore. This is Adani’s 10th aircraft, solidifying his aviation presence under Karnavati Aviation.

The newly acquired jet boasts ultra-luxurious interiors designed in Switzerland at an additional cost of ₹35 crore. Features include a suite-style bedroom, designer bathroom, plush lounge, and a high-tech conference room—offering five-star hotel comfort in the sky. The aircraft is also equipped with high-speed satellite internet, secure communication systems, and smart automation for a seamless flying experience.

The jet landed in Ahmedabad today with a ceremonial water cannon salute, coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi festivities.

This purchase positions Adani alongside India’s top industrialists who own similar luxury aircraft, further underlining his growing influence in both infrastructure and lifestyle domains.
