Accused Satish Gupta , Pardeep Gupta, Raman Gupta all resident of house # 24, Adarsh Nagar, Derabassi, Mohali and Anupam Gupta R/O # 163, HIG flats, Senior Citizen Society Sector 48C, Chandigarh Directors of GBP group (Gupta Builders and Promoters) are involved in 19 cases of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy, in which cheated amount involved is of Rs. 40 Crore approx. They were declared Proclaimed Offenders on 21.11.2022 by the Court of Ms. Komple Dhanjal, JMIC, Chandigarh in below mentioned cases:
