Historic victory for AAP in Punjab
The Voice of Chandigarh News:
It was all the way for the Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections during 2022.
The trends were seen in favour of AAP right from the beginning.
Conflicts in Congress Party in Punjab has left a wide gap between the people of Punjab and the ruling party.
Big stalwarts in Political circles from Congress, Shiromani Akali Dal and others were badly defeated like never before during elections. Political Pundits had already predicted about the scenario of Punjab Elections and the outcome is crystal clear.
Bhagwant Maan while thanking the masses said that “now people’s responsibility is over and now it’s my turn to fulfill the promises made my Party”
But the political challenges are many to be faced by AAP.
The prime concern is revenue generation to meet the demand of people. The previous governments have totally exhausted resources and were working under heavy debt.
Unemployment, drug and sand Mafia is to be tackled tactfully before it could invade again with full force to create hindrances in the smooth functioning of government.
Government employees have already been deprived of implementation of pay commissions which are lying undecided for long.
Experts are of the opinion that the government machinery is to be revamped to remove the bottlenecks before Maan goes on the path of bringing back the lost glory of Punjab.
Saffron Victory
In Uttar Pradesh, though BJP has registered a comfortable position and the people of the state have reposed faith in the Government plans and policies. The winning of BJP consecutively the second term speaks volumes of work done by the Government. This tempo is to be maintained and focus needs to be laid on providing employment to the youths and extensive steps for the overall development of Uttar Pradesh.
BJP shines in Goa
In Goa, BJP has shown the path of victory and hopefully, the victory should be toward the fulfilment of promises made for the welfare of people.
Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Goa and Manipur have already painted saffron colour in their respective states by winning the Elections.
But much more is to be seen in the time to come.
Will this victory of BJP set a similar trend in other states where elections are to be held in the next two years?
