IATO Appoints Gurinder Singh as New Chairman of Punjab Chapter

In a significant move to bolster its presence in Punjab, the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) has appointed Gurinder Singh as the new Chairman of the IATO Punjab Chapter. With effect from January 6, 2025, Mr. Singh, the Managing Director of Discover Punjab Tours & Travels, will lead the association’s efforts in strengthening ties with the local tourism industry and government bodies.

A seasoned tourism professional with over 21 years of experience, Mr. Singh has been a key player in Punjab’s tourism sector since 2004. His vast industry knowledge and strong relationships with Punjab Tourism Government officials are expected to play a pivotal role in furthering IATO’s goals in the region.

IATO looks forward to working closely with the Punjab Government under Mr. Singh’s leadership, with the aim of expanding its membership base and creating more opportunities for the tourism sector in Punjab.
