In the presence of Cabinet Ministers, Balkar Singh assumed charge as the Minister of Local Government and Parliamentary Affairs

Mr. Balkar Singh has taken charge as the Cabinet Minister of the Local Government and Parliamentary Affairs Department today at the Punjab Civil Secretariat in the presence of Cabinet Ministers Mr. Aman Arora, Mr. Brahm Shankar Jimpa, and Mr. Harbhajan Singh ETO, as well as MLAs.
Meanwhile, Cabinet Minister S. Balkar Singh thanked Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party Supremo, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, and Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Mann for entrusting him with this new responsibility. He assured that he will diligently fulfill the assigned responsibility.
The newly appointed Cabinet Minister said, “It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve the people of the state, and I assure Punjabis that I will provide them with state-of-the-art basic facilities.” He emphasized that as common people, they understand the problems of the common people well. He also mentioned that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s government has been tirelessly working towards making Punjab a prosperous state, and he believes that the Chief Minister will lead the state towards development.
The Cabinet Ministers present at the event expressed hope that Balkar Singh’s hard work, efficiency, and visionary thinking will contribute to the development of the state and its people.
Family members of the newly appointed Minister, senior officials from the department, and a large number of dignitaries were present on this occasion.
