The Voice of Chandigarh

In view of the evolving situation around Iran and parts of the Middle East, flight operations to and from the region, along with select international sectors, have been suspended until 1st March 2026 as a precautionary safety measure.

The airline stated that the decision was taken proactively to ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew. Expressing regret over the inconvenience caused, the carrier acknowledged the potential disruption to travel plans and sought passengers’ understanding during the temporary suspension.

To support affected travelers, the airline has announced full flexibility and waivers for travel to and from the Middle East and select international sectors until 7th March 2026, applicable to bookings made on or before 28th February 2026. Customers can opt for a full refund or reschedule their flights at no additional cost.

Passengers have been advised to regularly check their flight status through the airline’s official website, explore online rebooking or refund options, and ensure their contact details are updated to receive timely notifications.

The airline further confirmed that it is in close coordination with aviation authorities and is monitoring developments round-the-clock. Services will resume as soon as safe flight corridors become available.

The carrier thanked passengers for their patience and cooperation during this period.
