Justice Manmohan Appointed as Judge of the Supreme Court of India

In a significant judicial development, the Hon’ble President of India has appointed Justice Manmohan, the current Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. The appointment has been made in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (2) of Article 124 of the Constitution of India.
