Manish Tiwari lauds Balbir Sidhu for putting Mohali on the fast track of development

Congress MP from Anandpur Sahib, Manish Tiwari has lauded the role of Balbir Singh Sidhu in putting Mohali front runner on the fast track development. Mohali people are lucky that they have a leader like Balbir Sidhu. The relentless efforts of him and Congress have changed the face of Mohali, said Tiwari while addressing an election meeting at Shaheed Udham Singh Bhawan, phase 3A here on Friday evening.

He further said that Balbir Sidhu is a grass-root leader, who has earned the respect and love of people owing to his hard work and devotion towards their welfare. Even COVID’s first and second waves had failed to dampen his spirit to serve people during that testing time. He did not stay at home and did his best to improve the Government Hospitals in Punjab by visiting various health institutions. His fight and efforts to tackle the pandemic were even praised by the country’s PM, he said.

Tiwari said that in Mohali it is Balbir Sidhu’s development versus turncoats who have no agenda for public welfare. On one side it’s a leader like Balbir Sidhu who has been serving you for a long time. No one can challenge his dedication to improve development infrastructure in Mohali. On the other side there are turncoats who merely to meet their vested interests would switch their loyalty during election time, maintaining Tiwari
He appealed to the Mohali voters to ensure Balbir Sidhu victory with a record margin so that he could continue his good work for Mohali.
You might be approached by the candidates of opposition parties for your votes and support. But before going to cast your votes, think first who would stand strong with you all the time, Tiwari remarked.

Speaking during the occasion, Balbir Sidhu said that he is seeking support again on the basis of development works carried out by him in past years.
He said,” I am not seeking support by making countless promises and accusing my rivals of baseless accusations. The agenda of my election campaign is very simple and straight and that is ‘Kaam Kiya hai aur Kaam karenge’.

I am in people’s court again now. You elected me as your MLA three times and I served you with my best efforts and what I did is in front of you all. I seek your love and support again to take Mohali further on the development path and make it no 1 in state.” Sidhu asserted.
