This July, ZEN will host renowned Singaporean Chef Marvas Ng for an exclusive two-night pop-up on July 25 and 26, 2025. Guests will be treated to a specially crafted menu that reflects Chef Marvas’s signature style, a cuisine that showcases his travels and legacy, combining French Culinary techniques with his Chinese heritage.
ZEN at The Leela Palace Bengaluru has earned prestigious honours, including Best Pan Asian Premium Dining Restaurant by the NDTV Food Awards and Times Food & Nightlife Awards. It is celebrated for its authentic take on Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines, served in an atmosphere of luxury and impeccable service. Its reputation as a platform for culinary innovation makes it the perfect setting for this rare and exclusive collaboration with Chef Marvas Ng.
Chef Marvas Ng is lauded for his many culinary achievements, including representing and earning 2 gold medals for the Singapore national team in the 2022 Culinary World Cup. In 2022, Marvas launched his first restaurant focusing on Modern Asian cuisine with French finesse, which has since earned a place in the Michelin Guide.


Earning a place in the Michelin Guide was just the beginning for him. Since then, Chef Marvas has collaborated with like-minded, esteemed chefs and renowned restaurants across the globe, exchanging ideas and showcasing his unique approach to modern gastronomy. Path has the privilege of participating in Singapore’s Food Festival (SFF), where Chef Marvas presented ‘Dream of Orient’, an immersive evening featuring an exclusive tasting menu, traditional Chinese dance, and a tea ceremony.
