Motivational Talk by Simerjeet Singh at AIHM Chandigarh

Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management, Sector 42D Chandigarh, an autonomous body under MOT GOI, organized an interaction on “Motivating & Inspiring Young Minds” for the students in the institute’s auditorium.

The occasion was graced with the presence of revered guest Simerjeet Singh, an alumnus of the same institute (1999 batch) who is also a renowned international keynote speaker. A recipient of the “Global Excellence Award” winner in motivational talks. He has a mass outreach through his YouTube Channel “Simerjeet Singh” having more than 1.5 Million subscribers on YouTube and 50 Million+ views on his inspirational videos. He has also been featured on the power list of “The Top 200 thought leaders” to follow in 2021.

His interaction with the students covered his personal journey & topics such as innovation, leadership & self-growth. He gave students the mantra that College life is the Golden Period of one’s life which strengthens roots. The lecture also focussed on managing life along with a successful profession. While interacting with the students, Mr. Singh encouraged them by sharing his practical experience, success stories and solution to curiosity.

One of the students said, “I feel proud for being part of an institute which has a legacy of creating such dynamic personalities.”

Sitesh Srivastav principal of AIHM Chandigarh firmly believes that keeping students motivated is one of the key challenges that adult education is facing and such interactions help to overcome the same. He also added that such interactions aid in the holistic development of students.
