NALSA Launches ‘Veer Parivar Sahayta Yojna 2025’ to Empower Armed Forces Families with Free Legal Aid

In a major step toward ensuring justice for the armed forces community, the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) launched the ‘Veer Parivar Sahayta Yojna Scheme 2025’ virtually from Jammu & Kashmir on Kargil Vijay Diwas.
The scheme was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Judge, Supreme Court of India and Executive Chairman of NALSA. The event also witnessed the virtual launch of a Legal Services Clinic at Jammu, attended by top dignitaries including:

The ‘Veer Parivar Sahayta Yojna’ is designed to provide free, efficient, and accessible legal assistance to serving defence personnel, veterans, and their families. To implement this, a Legal Services Clinic has been set up at the Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Chandigarh, ensuring door-step legal support to those who served the nation.
