The All India Congress Committee has announced new appointments for key positions in Chandigarh’s political landscape. Nandita Hooda has been named President of the Chandigarh Mahila Congress, and Sikandar Boora has been appointed President of the Chandigarh NSUI. The appointments were confirmed through letters issued by K.C. Venugopal, General Secretary in charge of organization at the All India Congress Committee.

Both Hooda and Boora were recommended for their respective positions by H.S. Lucky, the Chandigarh Pradesh Congress President. Following their appointments, the new presidents met with H.S. Lucky to express their gratitude for his support.
