Pankaj Sharma Joins Booking Window as Global Head – Airlines

Booking Window, a leading global travel technology and services company, has announced the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Sharma as its new Global Head – Airlines. The strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its airline vertical and enhancing air travel solutions for partners across the globe.

With over 24 years of experience in the airline and travel industry, Mr. Sharma brings in-depth expertise in operations, sales & marketing, client relations, and team leadership. A postgraduate in Tourism and Hotel Management, he has held senior roles in some of the most renowned aviation and travel brands in India and abroad.

His distinguished career includes key leadership positions at Jet Air, Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, IndiGo, and global airline representation companies such as Jet Air and InterGlobe Air Transport Ltd. Prior to joining Booking Window, he served as Associate Director – Sales at IndiGo, followed by his role as Vice President – Travels at Paul Merchants Ltd, where he led the company’s travel business for over 18 months.

At Booking Window, Mr. Sharma will oversee the airline division globally, focusing on building strategic airline partnerships, enhancing air product portfolios, and delivering superior value to the company’s worldwide client base.
