Punjab State Red Cross Hosts Successful Voluntary Blood Donation Camp in Chandigarh

The Punjab State Red Cross Branch organized a successful Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Red Cross Bhawan, Sector 16-A, Chandigarh. The event was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Gurbir Singh, Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, who attended as the Chief Guest.
Justice Singh was warmly welcomed by S. Shivdular Singh Dhillon, IAS, Secretary of the Punjab State Red Cross Branch. The Blood Bank Team from Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, New Chandigarh, assisted in the blood collection process.
During the inauguration, Justice Gurbir Singh commended the State Red Cross for its efforts to enhance the voluntary blood donation campaign. He honored the donors by presenting them with Blood Donor Badges and commemorative Blood Donor Mugs.
A total of 41 individuals participated in the camp, generously donating blood to support this vital cause and help save lives within the community.
